This is how it works ,
when a member's birthday approaches , all those members who wish to participate can just contribute an amount of less than $5 , and the funds raised will be able to get the stuff that the member wants and the cycle keeps going. Those who contributed just have to wait for their next birthday to receive the stuff they want.
